Warnung für Familien: Unbewohnbar, unsicher und irreführend! Finger weg, besonders mit Kindern! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Wir hatten 4 Nächte in der ‚Toubkal-Suite‘ gebucht, mussten aber nach nur einer Nacht flüchten und uns auf eigene Faust eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Die Liste der Mängel ist lang: Massives Gesundheitsrisiko: Die Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen. Bei den eiskalten Temperaturen im Atlas-Gebirge ist das für kleine Kinder lebensgefährlich. Keine Sanitärnutzung: Die Dusche war komplett kaputt und unbrauchbar. Mangelhafte Ausstattung: Entgegen der Anzeige gab es keinen Kleiderschrank für unser Gepäck. Unzureichende Heizung: Die Suite war eiskalt, da nur eine kleine, mobile Heizung vorhanden war, die gegen die offenen Fenster keine Chance hatte. Die Beschreibung auf Booking.com ist eine Täuschung. Wir haben einen hohen Preis bezahlt, weil wir auf den versprochenen Standard vertraut haben. Der Betreiber ist uneinsichtig und Booking.com hat uns trotz mehrfacher Hilfegesuche in dieser Notsituation völlig im Stich gelassen. Wer den Schutz seiner Familie und eine bewohnbare Unterkunft sucht, sollte hier auf keinen Fall buchen!

The views were stunning in every direction, especially as the cherry blossom was out. The rooms were comfortable and there was a good choice of dishes for breakfast. The staff were friendly and did a load of washing for us.

Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und mit PKW erreichbar. Mohammed war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Zum Rammadan hat er bei meiner frühen Abreise ein Fruehstueckspaket gepackt

Im März muss man sich warm anziehen weil die Zimmer einfach kalt sind ;)
