Wifi was good

It was far from everything, and in the middle of what felt like dodgy back streets. It was quite dirty (especially the switches for light). It felt like all the doors are broken, they don't close or open properly. The bed smells and the bedsheets too small (they have been cut in half for some reason). The room was cold (no remote for aircon). The shower and toilet were not en-suite for the first night, which was really annoying. The bathroom door handle for the first night literally broke. And it seems this is a normal issue as there was a screwdriver nearby so I managed to fix it. They told us they could get laundry done and dried within a day. We checked with them several times and the owner was confident. After a day, still not dry. Some clothes were still hanging and some clothes (which were damp) was still in a basket. Not sure when they were planning to provide our “dry” clothes back. Had to take all the clothes in the bedroom and blast the cold AC (cold instead of hot because the AC wasn’t working properly). Terrible stay. Stressful. Would not recommend.

The hospitality of the owner. Really kind and caring. Also amazing view and balconies. Also, the location is in the heart of the Medina. But also is quiet street. We had fantastic time.

Was very good for a budget guest house. Very pleasant . Breakfast on the roof top was nice.
