We were not allowed to store our luggage till the evening because of ramadan, even though the hotel offers this service in the description. We do not celebrate ramadan, we understand that the owner does, but they should not offer services that they don't want to provide and fulfill. When we were deciding which hotel to book, this was our only demand, as our flight was late at night. We had to be walking through Marrakesh with our suitcases the whole afternoon. :-(

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Jawad, le responsable, était extrêmement gentil, accueillant Toute l’équipe était très attentionnée. Les petits-déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. La décoration du riad était magnifique, avec beaucoup de charme et une ambiance authentique. Le riad est agréable, calme et très bien situé

Rien de particulier, tout s’est très bien passé durant notre séjour.

L'accueil, la propreté, lit très confortable, l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner. Rien à redire.

Le Riad est très beau, avec une décoration choisie et harmonieuse. Le petit déjeuner suffisamment copieux est élaboré avec de bons produits.Tout était préparé pour notre groupe dans un endroit qui nous était réservé. Assia était à « nos petits soins » La discrétion du personnel, plusieurs lieux dans le Riad, que ce soit dans le patio au rez de chaussée ou en terrasse, ont permis de ne croiser les autres résidents que rarement et de se sentir chez soi. La terrasse avec son bassin( petit mais très agréable) permet de se rafraîchir. L’emplacement du Riad, dans une petite rue en impasse très calme, se situe à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, épiceries, pharmacies, … et taxis La place très animée de Jema El Fnaa se trouve à environ 20 mn de marche. Le ménage en général et des chambres est fait tous les jours avec soin.

Riad in ottima posizione, vicino ad un quartiere vivace della Medina. Non difficile da trovare, noi abbiamo in ogni caso utilizzato il loro driver dall’aeroporto al Riad che ci ha accompagnati di persona all’ingresso del Riad, abbiamo apprezzato molto. Colazione ottima, staff gentile e disponibile e struttura pulita. Abbiamo cenato una sera nel Riad e quello che ci hanno preparato era ottimo. Nel complesso una bella esperienza.

Due cose: - non ci è stata data una chiave per chiudere la camera, ma tutto sommato abbiamo sentito che fosse sicuro lo stesso. - ci hanno proposto un’escursione alla Valle di Ourika con un loro driver, con salita alla cascata e pranzo sul fiume. L’escursione è stata molto bella ma il nostro driver ci ha affidati ad una guida per salire sulla cascata. Guida affidabile, gentile e molto disponibile. Abbiamo però scoperto a posteriori che andava pagata a parte, aggiungendo un costo a quanto pattuito. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ci è stato detto che era facoltativa, ma quando il driver ci ha affidati alla guida non ci è stato chiesto ma detto solo “una guida vi porterà fin su” , per questo abbiamo immaginato facesse parte del pacchetto. Abbiamo sentito in questo poco trasparenza.

Don’t waste your time in this place with thiefs, racist and uneducated people, literally I got robbed in this place as we were denied the “check in”the day I arrived and then, got harrased via WhatsApp minutes later, where I don’t know how contacted privately outside the app is even allowed. The manager in person i think called Jawaad was uneducated and clearly racist ,completely rude and threatening. I asked for a full refund as I got DENIED my check in that I paid in advance and this nasty place didn’t want to give the money back and not even booking app acted responsible even they left me waiting for one week. Please don’t waste your money. I had to book a new place just exactly that night with high rates because of this trash and even theft people. dont book, they just want your money, not you. Even so, the location of this place is super weird and full of stray animals and homeless people on drugs.
