We hadden een ander camp geboekt (basic) maar omwille van omstandigheden... kregen wij een luxe desert camp... wat echt wel luxe luxe luxe was...ervaring voor het leven.

We had a great experience staying at this desert camp near Merzouga. The organization was smooth from the beginning – we met at a hotel in Merzouga, where we could safely park our car, and were then taken by camel caravan into the desert. The ride takes around 2 hours with a stop for sunset, which was absolutely beautiful and one of the amazing highlights of the trip. The camp itself exceeded our expectations. Our tent was spacious, clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a private bathroom and toilet. There was Wi-Fi available and a common area where we could charge our devices, which was very convenient. Dinner was excellent (traditional tagine, soup, and dessert), and breakfast was also rich and varied. In the evening, there was a campfire with Berber music and drumming, which created a really authentic and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s important to note that while the accommodation itself is very cheap, additional services like transport to the camp and activities are charged separately. This is standard for desert camps, and in our case everything was clearly communicated in advance (and also mentioned directly in the description of the camp). We chose a package (camel ride, jeep ride to return to Merzouga, and dinner) for 55 EUR per person, which was worth it. In the morning, we watched the sunrise, tried sandboarding, and then returned by jeep – the drive through the dunes was a fun experience. Overall, a memorable stay and a unique desert experience that we would definitely recommend. Absolutely an amazing experience.

Tout ! super expérience. Dromadaire pour se rendre au camp , retour en 4x4 dans les dunes, soirée belle toile r coucher du soleil ☀️ et le lever à 7h sur les dunes. Une expérience fantastique a vivre en famille.

Ps grand chose même si on sent que l’affaire est bien rodée. Client captif on doit rajouter 60 euros / personne comprenant : le trajet en dromadaire pour se rendre au camp , le repas du soir et le retour ⏮️ en 4x4.

Hele mooie locatie. Lekker eten, avond en ontbijt. Kregen een upgrade met een kamer met badkamer.

Het verblijf zelf is heel erg goedkoop maar er komen nog veel kosten bij waardoor het een duur verblijf wordt. Het kamp zit niet midden in de woestijn maar aan de rand.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Kolacje co dnia były urozmaicane. Obsługa bardzo miła nienarzucająca się. W miarę kameralny, nie duży obóz. Część namiotów miała łazienki, my nie mieliśmy, ale łazienki wspólne były bardzo czyste. W obozie było pełno zwierząt: pies, koty (obydwa koty na czas naszego pobytu miały małe kotki), kury, króliki, owce i kozy. Deski do sandbordingu (czyli zwykłe deski snowboardowe) były ogólnodostępne. Wielbłądy były bardzo dobrze traktowane, w przeciwieństwie do obozu obok (w nocy na pustyni widzieliśmy je ze związaną nogą, co miało uniemożliwić im ucieczkę). Trzeba być świadomym, że cena jaka jest na booking jest ceną tylko za nocleg i śniadanie. Zdecydowana większość kosztów to obowiązkowe dopłaty (dojazd+kolacja 60 euro za osobę). Więc trzeba się mierzyć z dodatkowymi kosztami, ale cena całości jest porównywalna z innymi obozami. Naprawdę polecamy zostać na więcej niż jedną noc. Pozwala to skorzystać w pełni z uroku pustyni.

Przeszkadzająca była bliskość innych obozów, ale tak jest wszędzie. W około trochę płasko, żeby pozjeżdżać sensownie na desce trzeba trochę iść do wydmy.

Das Camp hat die perfekte Größe, nicht zu viele Zelte. Omar hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wir wurden mit dem Jeep ins Camp gefahren. Andere Option sind Kamele. Die Zelte sind alle sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Omar und seine Geschwister führen das Camp mit Leidenschaft, sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war das Beste, was wir in Marokko gegessen haben. Es gibt auch viele Tiere am Camp. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht wieder fahren… Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Eine Mega Erfahrung! Das meiste Geld wird sich durch den Transfer und das Essen in der Wüste eingeholt. Aber man kann auch nicht erwarten dass 18€ für eine Nacht inklusive Essen etc. ist. Wir hatten eine tolle Wüstenerfahrung!

Die Unterkunft ist eines der kleineren, familiäreren Camps in Erg Chebbi, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall zwei Nächte dort zu bleiben und einfach die ruhige Stimmung in der Wüste genießen. Im Camp gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten, in denen man entspannen kann. Die Zelte sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und schön eingerichtet. Für uns war es die schönste Unterkunft während unserer Marokko-Reise.
