AUThe staff STOLE one of our passports. It was in our room when we left for our day tour (the staff knew we would be gone all day as they asked where we were going). They moved all of our possessions around whilst cleaning the room; things that were inside our closed bags ended up on the bed, the floor, and in the cupboard. They told us not to call the police and said they would do it, which they then did not do and proceeded to tell the police that we had said we would call. Throughout the whole situation with the police the manager and receptionist thought it was humorous. They were laughing and mocking us while speaking in arabic. The manager accused us of faking the passport theft to get out of paying the hotel fee. We of course did pay. As 3 young female travellers we felt completely taken advantage of. It is a very sad world that we live in where you really cant trust anyone, even when your are a paying guest. Please do not stay here. - 3 girls from Iceland, Australia and US
AEGBVery friendly staff who are super happy to help. The presidential suite was PERFECT for a family. The staff were so kind to the kids and the room was cleaned and relaid daily. The airport shuttle was so efficient and professional.
The shower is only enough hot water for 5 minutes for one personand the pool isn’t heated, so the kids has a cold time. It would be nice for hot options for breakfast too, but they are very kind and breakfast was still a good spread.

small breakfast when we compare to other accommodation in Marrakech. we had to ask for something salt we were 4 and there was not enough warm water for shower for all of us. you can forget to take a bath in the big tub you see on the pic. however, understandable.

the room - half subterrain, window directly to the breakfast area - noise from early morning, the room was smelly, noise from the pipes whenever somebody above flushed the toilette
