Everything was perfect, but the two best things were the super kind hosts and the outstanding Mexican breakfast. We had the best time. Puebla is generally a great city and we’d highly recommend to stay at Luma!

Everything from the room to the breakfast was amazing. The way Malu and Luis treat me, I feel like a king. They are such kind and welcoming hosts, and I really hope I can return in the future.

I feel embarrassed that I only stayed for one night! Puebla is a beautiful city and I wish I had more time to fully explore the city and make the stay here more worthwhile.

Truly a fantastic place to stay when visiting Puebla. The house is an absolutely gorgeous and peaceful oasis in the middle of the city, short walking distance from the main historical center. Our room was spacious, very clean, lovely interior and decoration, with a lot of attention to detail. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and nice, make a delicious breakfast with local produce, so it makes your stay more of an experience. Very much recommended.

Throughout your stay at LumaBnB, Malu and Luis tell you their home is yours. After two nights in their beautiful casona, I believe them. Malu is a talented chef, Luis has the best recommendations and you can tell that hosting is truly their calling. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated and inside the rooms you’ll find all that you need for a cozy stay. If I were to recommend one thing about your visit to Puebla, it would be to start by booking a room here.

We had a very pleasant stay. Great attention to detail, wonderful breakfast, lovely and accommodating hosts. Combine with lunch or dinner at Cultivo a few blocks away and your stay will be perfect.

I have stayed in all kinds of hotels in many parts of the world throughout my life and nothing compares to the care that my body and spirit received in this magical haven. I don’t say this lightly - Malú and Luis have created a sanctuary for the senses and heart. I cannot recommend it enough.

The entire experience is excellent. The hosts put so much care into every aspect of the stay. There are always flowers in the room, everything smells fresh and clean. The breakfast is set perfectly and is made with local ingredients. The hosts are incredibly friendly while giving enough space to relax. This is our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. Highly recommended!

No words…. The nicest and most helpful hosts you could wish for. A stunning place to stay, beautifully restored with a gorgeous courtyard. Quiet and very generous room. Incredible attention to detail all over and stocked like a 5star+ hotel. We were treated to the most delicious breakfast with top quality local products, again served in a stunning setting with a kindness unmatched by any top hotel. This is a rare gem!

Lovely and accommodating hosts, unique and delicious breakfasts, superior rooms including a fantastic mattress (dense yet also plush), and an overall great level of warm hospitality.
