"Interesting place to stay in Valladolid. Close enough to the center of town, but in a quiet area."

The house floor plan was very interesting. The room was spacious. Liked the private bathroom. The neighborhood was safe. We walked to the centro for dinner and spend time at the park. The area was quiet. Breakfast was very nice, made to order. We ate at a small table for two in the backyard. Very nice ambiance. Staff was very nice, the morning guys were super attentive.

No complaints, no one likes complainers. What could have been better? The room had a pleasant odor, though it seemed to mask something else in the room. We did run the clima on low during the night. We both felt something in our sinuses in the morning, feeling there was something that we breathed in during the night that did not agree with us. The bed was stiffer than we are used to, but we did feel like we had a descent night sleep.

El trato del personal es muy bueno, desde recepción y comunicación a la hora de llegada. El chef es la onda, la verdad es que es muy agradable charlar con él y el desayuno, aunque un poco pequeño se nota que esta bien cocinado, con devoción. El patio realmente tiene aves así que el nombre muy acorde, desayunar ahí es por demás, bonito.

El agua de la ducha estaba fría y el baño un tanto obsoleto. Nos toco la habitación 1 y 2. La 1 no tiene el baño dentro de la habitación, un ligero ajuste en el marco de la puerta puede hacer de la estancia algo más ameno.

"Veel rust, maar wel wat ver van het centrum"

Fijn dat er veel rust was, heerlijke tuin om in te relaxen met de hotelkat. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk, werd iedere ochtend vers voor je klaargemaakt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en gaf graag tips over verschillende cenotes en andere activiteiten in de buurt.

Ver van het centrum vandaan. De lucht van het riool was af en toe echt heel erg vies en doortrok de hele kamer. Ook kunnen de kamers wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Lovely rooms with a big jungle style garden. Very clean, tidy, nice bathrooms, very friendly, interesting staff! Breakfast was delicious.

Slightly further away from the centre of town, but well worth the trade off for a lovely stay
