The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring. they were willing to help and like to talk and hear about my country.

The place is about 10min walk from the busy streets, super safe to walk even at night. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, which made our stay super pleasant. They offered us food, laundry, tours, transport and anything we needed. They were always happy to help us.

The place is beautiful. Great location BUT....

The owners are the problem. I rented a room for 2 to get ready for a fitness competition. They made me pay a second time to allow my coach fellow teammate and makeup artist to come in and help me get ready for a couple of hours even though i told them only I would be spending the night. They always stayed by the door and were there each time we opened it. Creepy AF! They called while we were eating dinner to ask when we would return because we had no key for the gate. I had enough. I paid twice but slept elsewhere. It felt like the begining of a Korean horror film. They did not even bother asking why I had chosen to collect my belongings and leave. They made twice the cost and didnt have to change a single towel or bedsheet.

Incredibly nice owners, going out and beyond to make you feel good. Clean and comfortable rooms (comfy bed). Great location. You can freely use the kitchen as well (we saw other guests doing that. But the cherry on top are Ernesto and Ophelia. The nicest hosts, Ernesto speaks communicative English. When the battery in our car died without hesitation they helped us jump start and saved our day.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. And the garden is pretty next to the quiet room. It's a quiet hotel.

The room is clean but perhaps a bit outdated.
