Friendly staff, Location not bad. (Calm area, the end of the center..?) Roof top terrace was very cute

Too hot. We had to open the door and window at night, we couldn't sleep literally. It was like 18°C- 34°C Better during the day, but at night, too hot..(it was a small room with a small window and small fan on the top on the 2nd floor) 1st floor was way less hot though. without the heat at night, I am satisfied

Comfortable bed, good size room, beautiful shared spaces for guests, fresh fruit for breakfast, great value for money.

No hot water in shower

The Staff were wonderful. I had to deal mostly with two individuals. Their names are Omar and Hugo. They were very nice from the first day to the last day. I was there for 5 nights. Omar was very professional. He was very polite and helpful. Hugo was the same. Very professional, polite and helpful. They both were very responsive to any question I had, and very quick to help me to have my needs met. If I go back to Guanajuato I will definitely stay there again.

The B&B was lovely. It had several sitting rooms available for guests, and some outside areas too. Comfortably furnished, hot water for showers, plenty of purified water (cold and hot). The staff went above and beyond in their service.

There was a little bit of confusion when I checked in. I asked if there was coffee in the morning and apparently I booked the room without breakfast being included. Their listing on the Booking.com website a little confusing to me.

It's pretty and close enough to Centro

My bed sheets were dirty, the bed had not been changed, the sheets were polyester... I slept on top of the bed... Too tired to complained...
