Locatie was goed. Kamer was groot en schoon. Gelegenheid om koffie of thee te pakken was prima.

Er kon geen raam open op de kamer wat wij niet als prettig ervaren. De gemeenschappelijke toilet was beneden.Daarom zou ik daar niet een tweede keer gaan verblijven daar ik er 'snachts veel gebruik van maak.De vloer kraakte erg waardoor de "buren" dit als hinderlijk zouden kunnen vinden.

Het was een zeer mooie locatie. En een hele nette kamer in een geweldige boerderij. Zeker een aanrader.

Das ganze drum herum. Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und obwohl so nah an der Innenstadt ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Für mich sehr schön die Regendusche.

Das eine Woche viel zu kurz ist.

Die Kombination aus wunderschön renoviertem alten Farmhaus und moderner stylischer Innenausstattung ist wirklich toll. Die beiden großen Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit eigenem kleinen Bad mit Waschbecken und Dusche) sind über eine Treppe und Galerie im Obergeschoß erreichbar, wo auch eine kleine Küche und ein Tisch zum Zusammensitzen einladen. Das WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet Und die Kommunikation mit Koen im Vorfeld sowie der Empfang durch Erik waren unglaublich angenehm und herzlich. Die praktische Lage hat es uns erlaubt hier nach einem langen Tag in Efteling zur Ruhe zu kommen. . Unsere jugendlichen Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lack of airconditioning No toilet in my room, although there was a personal shower.

Location and not complex check-in.

Room was not cleaned. Marks on sofa. Toilet in different floor.

Great place. Good location. Very clean. Very comfortable. Beautiful decor. Nice to have a mini kitchen and our own kettle.

Our stay felt a little strange. The owner wasn't there to greet us and no-one had sent us a key box code. In the end it was a guest who let us in. He apologised and phoned the owner (Koen?) to ask for the code (in Dutch). We would have liked to order breakfast but there was no one to take an order. We waited till almost 9 in the morning when someone eventually appeared. He was very pleasant but by that time we had packed up to go. We got a very nice breakfast in Breda.

Lovely spacious accommodation with a country feel even though we were only a few minutes away from the centre of Breda. The continental breakfast was an add on, but very much worth the time to relax before starting our day. The hosts were very friendly and also own one of the many restaurants in Breda. There is a book showing how they transformed the old barn (late 1890’s) into a rustic comfortable bed and breakfast, in addition to it being their home.

The toilet is not part of the en-suite shower room, which may be problematic for some people. It’s located on the ground floor and is shared with the other sleeping accommodation.
