cosy, clean, comfortable bed, very nice host

The location is in a quiet area, ideal if you have work to do on campus.

It would be nice if there was access to the terrace and possibility to have food delivery. Somewhat expensive.

The breakfast was amasing. Apartment was spacious and very comfortable equipped with all required appliances. Location of the place near the bus stop and Tilburg university train station. Very easy connection to Central railway station. Hostess was very helpful and caring, we really enjoyed every moment of our stay in Tilburg.

Everything was perfect.

Comfy, modern room, really quiet, with nice view of the garden. The location is excellent for Tilburg University. 15 min walk from Tilburg University train station.

Slightly cold during the night, might need a wardrobe in the room for longer stays...

The room is very cute, comfortable and clean. Better than every place I have booked in Tilburg so far. It's close to the university and the WIFI is good. The host was nice and helpful and the breakfast is good.

When I stayed there was only an electric heater in the main room and no heating in the bathroom. It was sufficient at the end of March but wouldn't recommend staying there during the winter, if there is no other heating at the room. There are many restrictions as it is not allowed to eat cooked food in the room, it's not allowed to go out in the big yard. I understand that these help to maintain the place in a good condition but I would prefer to live with fewer restrictions when I pay a considerable amount of money for my accommodation.
