This BB&Bike felt like a prize in the lottery. We had never been to Giethoorn and this place was right at the most popular area of town. Absolutely beautiful. I do think we really lucked out on being there after tourist season was over because that would take away a lot from the peace and quiet we now enjoyed. The Hofstee, our room was very well appointed with everything we could possibly ask for. Clean, great breakfast, comfortable, very roomy. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The bikes were comfortable and free! 45 km in one day was no problem and that was under our own power. Absolutely loved our stay.

Happy we were not there during high season. We now enjoyed hearing the quacks of ducks at night. Pretty sure that will be different during the summer.
