"Nice stay in a welcoming home"

Very friendly host, good communication, clean room and bathroom, decent breakfast and a calm neighbourhood to stay in.

No lock on the door of the room, the curtains were insufficient in keeping the very early morning sun out, the breakfast was definitely ok, but the area to eat breakfast was a bit odd (in front of a window at the street side in my pajamas is not my idea of a comfortable place to eat), so we ended up eating in bed, feeling uncomfortable because we were leaving crumbs and did not have much place to put all of the nice food.

"Would stay here again."

The breakfast was very good. The room was bright and clean. Complimentary coffee and tea was available.

It would have been nice to have an outside window in the bedroom.. The location is in a somewhat generic neighborhood. but only 10 min walk from the canal. The staircase to the second level is rather steep and would be difficult for some elderly people. This 74 old could mange it OK.
