Ruim appartement. Goede ligging midden in Enschede. Geluiddempend.

Meer sfeerverlichting. Er is maar 1 schemerlamp in de grote woonkamer De lampjes in de kleine slaapkamer deden het niet. Ramen kunnen daar niet open. De pedaalemmer is rijp voor de prullenbak. Veel inkijk aan de zijkant. misschien een idee om daar lamellen te plaatsen. Meer haakjes om handdoeken op te hangen.
