Super netter Vermieter, sehr saubere und Gemütliche Wohnung, super abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Parkmöglichkeit an der Wohnung. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ,super Ausstattung, sehr leckeres Frühstück und einen sehr netter Vermieter.

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk en zeer gevarieerd. Elke dag weer een andere verrassing. De bedden waren uitstekend. Alle bedenkbare benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Het was er zeer schoon en dus uitermate hygiënisch. Door allerlei automatisch aangaande verlichting voelde je in een veilige omgeving, zoals je bijvoorbeeld in de nacht de vide verliet om via een gemakkelijk lopende trap het toilet te bezoeken. Maar bovendien moeten we onze gastheer Ruud niet vergeten. Hij is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam en gaf ons allerlei tips om ons bezoek aan Texel de moeite waard te maken. Hij heeft ons echt ontzorgd. Plus hij maakt je bezoek af met een persoonlijk tintje bij je aankomst en vertrek.

Very comfy and cozy place with a lot of attention to detail and all the amenities you might need - and a few extra ones you might not have thought about. Our host Ruud was the most caring - fulfilling all our wishes, sharing tips for restaurants and ideas on what to do, even picking us up from the port and taking us back after our stay. The breakfast was super extensive and filling, a great start into the day. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back to stay with Ruud if we come to Texel again!

Ruud is an amazing guest! His b&b is well curated, has everything you could need to be comfortable. Ruud is very kind and helpful, he gave us great suggestions for places to visit and booked for us some nice restaurants. Amazing experience!

Ruud is the incarnation of hospitality. Everything was perfect from a to z. The house is nicely designed and though out. The breakfast was plain perfect. The location is central.

The attention to detail from the greeting to the lovingly prepared breakfast. Comfortable bed and short walk to the center. B&B with a hotel character.

We had to leave.

The whole property was really welcoming. everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There were so many little extras that made it so good. There were robes, slippers , binoculars and umbrella to use. A varied selection of teas and a well stocked mini bar. Ruud looked after our bikes securing them at night. He also contacted a local restaurant for us and made a booking. There was a bottle of wine on arrival. The breakfast was amazing. it was really tasty and substantial. The bed was lovely and comfortable and just what was needed after a few days cycling. we would love to go back to Texel and explore more of the island and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
