Altanure Casa Terra - Ecological Boutique Stay

Beautiful property. Gardens, yoga studio, pool… very relaxing. We were in one of the upper floor rooms and it was amazing. Big room, huge tub, shared balcony that we had all to ourselves. The staff were AMAZING! The breakfast was worth the stay alone!

It was a bit out of town and we didn’t have a car but we were able to get around with Uber and taxi easily

Very peaceful location with lovely staff who went out of their way to help with anything we needed, excellent breakfast and afternoon snack! Lots of lovely areas to relax and enjoyed being able to make use of the yoga studio. Was exactly what we needed for a few days away to unwind.

Stunning boutique hotel with amazingly beautiful and peaceful gardens. A real oasis - the perfect place to escape city life, rejuvenate and relax with nature. They looked after us so well and booked us into delicious restaurants every night, recommending us a beach a day to explore. Would 100% go back! X

Casa Terra offers a serene place to heal and to reconnect to nature and oneself. The facilities, the garden (!), the water spots (the magical pond!), the delicious healthy breakfast, the tranquil atmosphere and the people behind it - are beautiful and inspiring. Here everything seems to be in tune with the nature around and within the property. I rarely want to go somewhere I have already been, but here I truly hope to come back. In case you are hesitant because of the price (I was) - go. You will be happy you did. Thank you to Ana, Maja, Sabine, Fred and the rest of the team!

Learning: next time I would rent a car to go around. And I would stay longer :)

I never thought I would give any accomodation such a review, but in this case we have to say that it was just simply perfect! We really enjoyed everything, from the very warm welcome, the personal touch, the pieceful location, the modern rooms with special attention to all the little details, the incredible homemade breakfast always served according to personal preferences... Sabine and her team made us always feel welcome, gave us so many great recommendations, helped us with bookings etc - Thank you so much!

Nothing. But it's definetely recommended to have an own car, since the accomodation is in the nature ca 7 km away from Tavira without any busses around and also hard to catch a taxi (or sometimes with long waiting times).

if you want to escape the masses in the typical beach resorts this is the place for you. A permaculture farm where the staff is very friendly and there to satisfy your needs. I really recommend this cute boutique hotel for a different kind of experience in Algarve. You won’t regret it - very peaceful and relaxing :)
