Good reception, very friendly host, comfortable bed, quiet location, parking spot inside the yard

A well-equipped, modern room with bathroom, perfect for a quick stay. The hosts are really friendly and dedicated to the guests. The apartman is 10 mins away from the historic town by walk.

Host only speak italian, so get your translator set. Private parking is possible within the house yard, but it is an extra fee. This does not noted anywhere in the details, which can be a bit of a shock there.

Very clean home. Rooms were spacious, and bathrooms had nice size showers. The couple were very friendly and helpful, and we communicated with my limited Italian. Location was an easy 20-minute qalk to center, but a 5 min walk to a pizzeria that was good. Breakfast was Italian. They stopped by in the evening to see if everything was fine. If in the area, I would return, as it was a very positive experience. There was plenty of water in the refrigerator for just 1 euro apiece, which was convenient.

Nothing. We had a choice of parking down the street by a school or paying 5 euros to park in the driveway; we parked on site.

I stayed in this hotel for one week. It's a villa-shaped hotel with a beautiful garden and a kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy a cup of coffee. The hotel has two very comfortable, clean, and cute rooms, and it's located close to the city center, making it easy to walk there. Ms. Elisa and Mr. Simone are very friendly and helpful people who are always available to assist you. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home-like place in Piacenza, and I'm looking forward to visiting there again.

The hosts were really nice and helpful, and were very patient with my basic Italian. The house was super clean, the location is close to the city center, and the breakfast was nice as well. All of this for a great price, too.
