Pulizia, comfort, posizione, cucina in comune attrezzata con caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. Bagno piccolo ma doccia con misure adeguate. Bidet incorporato nel wc. Parcheggio auto su strada o nelle vie adiacenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Con una passeggiata di pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia e non mancano ristoranti o supermercati in zona.

Insonorizzazione, sia interna che esterna. Camera con affaccio su strada (un po' trafficata durante il giorno e fino a tarda sera) e motore del condizionatore/riscaldamento di camere vicine rumoroso con conseguente ronzio che si sentiva in continuazione. A parte questo, per il resto massima libertà e comfort.
