GBA friendly and welcoming host ! The accommodation near to theatre heerlen where I was attending a erja lyytinen music concert! Close to that venue the accommodation also a short walk into town! A personable host with nice little personable own touches with disposable razors blades and shaving gel in the rooms and the tea ^ coffee if music brings me back I will definitely return to this accommodation

NLNLThe owners are very friendly, with a warm welcome drink to start the stay. It is good value for money, with a simple but still good breakfast included. Location is good as well, not far from the train station, and also have direct bus connection to attractions like Gaia Zoo, Kasteel Hoensbroek.
The building itself is pretty old, therefore it has all the problems with an old building -- ventilation not so good, and noise insulation rather bad. To whom are sensitive about noise, my suggestion is to bring earplugs -- you will find them very necessary.
