The fact that I was able to get my room switched and upgraded, for no extra charge. The manager was only a little tough at first, until he understood the problems we faced with the room itself.

The room, 102, was on a corner, and had smelled so bad that it was unbearable. The AC was rather too old, the fridge didn't work, and the room didn't have what was described by the listing of the hotel. The address that was given by the listing will take you to a small stone-house town that ends in stairs, down a one-way path, of course. The listing itself, is for a much bigger hotel, where you'll have to check-in. The place itself is (if looking at the front of the big hotel) the third building, with the white awning, is the correct spot for the listing.
