New Hotel Castle

The owners are really nice and help you if you need something. The room is good and the shower hot. Location is close to everything. Already booked another stay after our Annapurna Hike.

The family that run this guesthouse are super friendly and are able to share lots of helpful information. I was made to feel right at home as soon as I arrived. It has an intimate feel, the family also live in the guesthouse. Free filtered water is available as well as tea and coffee for an extra price. They serve breakfast although I didn't take this option. The room was beautiful, big, clean and cosy.

The owners – Paul and Amy, created very friendly and warm atmosphere in this hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy, breakfast superb. The hotel is located very close to center of Lake side with its numerous shops, cafés and restaurants – but it is very quiet in the rooms. We will definitely come here again.

Very cozy home away from home. Location is near to restaurant and cafes, but it’s very quiet. Wifi and hot water were stable all time. The owner was very glad and helpful. Thank you very much!

Everything was perfect

Absolutely 11/10, lovely people with a hotel in a very convenient yet quiet place :) Don't even hesitate! (Also if you get a chance to grab a cookie, do so! You definitely won't regret)

המלון הכי טוב שהייתי בו בטיול שלי הגענו אחרי האנאפורנה ורצינו להתפנק, ולא הצלחנו לעזוב! הקפה והמאפים שלהם מעולים, המלון תמיד נקי ומזמין, מיקום טוב, מים חמים ואווירה הכי טובה בעולם. איימי בעלת המלון עזרה בכל דבר שהיינו צריכות ועשתה מעל ומעבר בשבילנו (המלצות למסעדות טובות, מוניות, כביסה ועוד המון סידורים ועצות)

We had a great stay here. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and the room and facilities were excellent. The location is correct on Google Maps, but isn't where it shows it on Booking.com. It is still very close to the main street though.

It is one of the best hotels you can find at this price point. They have put a lot of thoughts into setting up this place and you would definitely feel at ease during your stay. I can without any hesitation suggest New Hotel Castle to anyone wanting to stay in Pokhara. The owner is very kind and helpful. You should book it as soon as you see it available as they get sold out easily. A perfect stay if you are coming with your family.
