The two best things about staying here: the location, and the staff.

However, the location comes with a downside: it's on the main drag, and thus noise can be an issue at times from the street. The rooms face the front of the hotel, looking out over the street.

What a wonderful place this is! Our room was very small, but that was made up for by how cozy it was. The house is 100 years old, but carefully and tastefully renovated. The hotel is located in the middle of the main street. By living here, you also support five local schools, as the profit goes to running them.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It’s a really worthwhile social enterprise. They tried to accommodate veganism as much as possible.

We loved our stay here. It is a very small hotel with just a few rooms. The rooms and bathroom was great - and what we loved the most was the balcony where you could watch the world go by. The hotel is on the main pedestrian road and everything is close by - many lovely places to eat and walks to go on. Staff were amazing. And we loved that our stay benefited local communities. The hotel arranged our onward transport and were exceptionally helpful in answering all our questions. Oh - and they make the best coffee :)

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about.

Such a lovely couple who run this small traditional hotel in the centre of Bandipur. Nothing was too much trouble and we had an amazing time there. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the coffee great. Spent a number of hours sitting on the front table watching the world go by. Would highly recommend.

The guest house is run as a social enterprise with all profits given to raising money for five local schools. Its location in the middle of the main street is terrific. It has fully retained its historic rustic charm, our room on the first floor had a balcony overlooking the street. It is not luxury, but the hotel meets all basic needs, there is a comfortable bed and hot water for showering and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Nepal and was substantial.
