"Room not as advertised"

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Room not as described. Said would have a 3rd bed (sofa bed) but it didn’t. Also said had tea/coffee facilities, but didn’t. Also was no toilet paper in bathroom. Second bed only had a thin sheet provided so my daughter was cold at night.

"Cosy and pleasant"

The place was easy to find even though there's some narrow streets in Shepton Mallet. Check in was smooth and the use of the shared facilities was pleasant.

I would say teh parking situation could improve to be ale to park the car closer, especially when you travel for work and have a lot of baggage plus laptops to carry with you.Would have been safer to leave them in the car just outside the gate instead of in a neighbourhood parking lot

NADA. LO MEJOR, EL DIA QUE DEJAMOS EL ALOJAMIENTO PARA VOLVER A CASA.

NEFASTO. Empezando porque este alojamiento no tiene licencia de alojamiento turístico desde 2022, el resto, no hay espacio suficiente para describirlo. Una autentica vergüenza por parte de Booking que no controla con quien trabaja, no sabe el estado del alojamiento, si tiene o no licencia, etc.... Pero claro el euro es el euro. Una vez en el alojamiento, nos pusimos en contacto con Booking para intentar solucionar el problema y como el que tiene tos y se arrasca la barriga, total decepción después de los años y viajes que he hecho con Booking. Aún estoy esperando respuesta con una solución por parte de Booking. Pedro, el supuesto encargado del alojamiento, un sinvergüenza como la copa de un pino. Es problema tuyo. Búscate la vida, respuestas suyas cuando le llamamos por teléfono. La habitación tenía el WC en el primer piso. El resto, creo que viendo las fotografías, no hay más comentarios. Las fotos que aparecen en la Web de Booking y el menaje de cocina TOTALMENTE FALSAS E INESISTENTES.
