Clean and easy to find

I was deceived by thinking we had an en suit bathroom when in fact it was a shared bathroom with other rooms. In the room description it mentions ‘private bath included’ with photos of the bathroom, so we booked this room. When we arrived we realised it was shared so we weren’t happy about this at all. We were also told on arrival that breakfast would not be included and we needed to let them know in advance if we wanted this service.. on the booking it mentioned breakfast included.

The place is very quite, comfortable and clean. With a good view as well. All the facilities are there.

Friendly, nice, warm people Beautiful area, and the place was amazing. Would recommend it to anyone. Felt as if I was part of a family very helpful staff very friendly very kind very considerate.

The facilities were superb the location amazing the luxurious of the furniture and the whole decor of the property was absolutely unbelievable. Thank you so very much for having me

The room was good. It was clean and had a nice view.

I stayed in the place for 5 nights. I had prepaid before arrival. I booked the room in the belief that there was a communal kitchen, as listed on the web page. This is not the case. The staff and the owner got very upset when I asked about this, and said there was no cooking possibilities. To be able to use the kitchen I had to rent the whole house and pay 250 euro pr. day. I was also asked to pay an ekstra fee for my dog, even though it says on the web page that there is no extra fee for pets. It was almost impossible to communicate with the staff, that only spoke portuguese, even though it is described that languages spoken are english, portuguese, french, german. The woman kept talking to me in portuguese, and was rolling her eyes and shaking her head when I said I did not understand. I ended up having to have several conversations with booking.com about my stay. It was not what I wanted to spend my time on.

The hosts were kind and very gracious, both welcomong me late in the evening when I was lost in the area and couldn't drive anymore. They made me feel safe and accepted and the facility is breathtaking, ultra clean, and I wish I could have stayed longer. If I go back to Portugal, I would automatically stay here if available.
