"Canal Haven was heaven!"

The accomodation was lovely and peaceful, and the host made it extra special with all the extras that she had catered for, from the extra spa towels, the cookies and chippies to the chocolates on the pillows. The self catered breakfast was yummy and there was plenty of choices too! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay longer next time.

Very quiet location. Super clean and modern room and bathroom. Breakfast was absolute bonus as we were straight off to work the next day.

"Relaxing"

Yes I had breakfast before leaving for a 10km run in Whangarei. Granola, yogurt and banana. Very lovely start to the morning

"Luxurious stay in peaceful surrounds"

The hosts were wonderful, they set up their bikes and kayak for me to use and even the extra bike for a friend who wasn’t staying to join me. The spa was luxurious, and the snack and breakfast basket was fully stocked. The bathroom was stunning and the shower was heavenly, even the products in the shower and bathroom felt so lux. A beautiful, short walk to the marina cafe and shops was an added bonus.

The only downside was the construction next door, even in the weekend, which I know is completely outside of the owners control. So if you want a sleep in and aren’t a heavy sleeper, keep this in mind as this is a developing area.
