Good location secluded from the rush but close to amenities.

Good value accommodation in a rural setting. Good proximity to airport.

Bed was ok but quite firm

Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable, including pillows. Decent sized fridge & freezer. Access to smart TV services. Good shower. All very clean.

As we were staying a whole week, the kitchen was a little tight for space. The partition between living area & bedroom was not complete, so noise was an issue for us.

The location was perfect for us, about halfway between Hobbiton and the Glowworm caves. We loved that the bed has a heater on top of the mattress, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, my kids loved seeing the horses and dogs. Breakfast was left for us in the fridge on the first day (which is perfect with kids, because we didn’t have to worry about the hours at which it’s served), we had bread with different spreads, milk, cereal, coffee and tea.

The only suggestion we have is that the pullout sofa isn’t as comfortable to sleep on as the bed.

Perfect for our needs (overnight stay close to Lake Karapiro for an early start the next day). Comfortable and has everything we needed to cook breakfast and make packed lunches the next day. Very Clean.
