Tipapa Estate is truly a very special place. A unique experience made so by Jane and Stewart. Sharing their beloved fur babies with us and going above and beyond by showing us their property. Jane’s homemade jams and Stewart’s sourdough were delicious.

Everything was fantastic.

Lovely property and lovely large room with a comfortable bed . Jane is really hospitable and welcoming . Wished we had more time to explore the property and Area a little more

Homely. Friendly. Great hosts. A beautiful and quiet area great for Waipara wineries. Restaurants for evening close by are limited, fantastic lunch at Waipara Springs - need to book though!

the property is stunning. Jane and Stuart are extremely welcoming and friendly, we were made to feel right at home. It is close enough to wineries and the hotels / pubs etc but also secluded to feel off the grid and relaxed.

"gorgeous country estate close to waipara wine region"

Jane And Stewart have created the most magnificent retreat. The gardens are superb, room was beyond expectation, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was next level with fresh baked bread, conserves and fruit. Cant wait to stay again for more than one night.
