"Great location, lovely stay"

Spacious, clean unit with two good sized bedrooms. Large deck with lovely view and a hot tub. Quiet location near start of Mangorei Track.

All was very good but we struggled a bit with the drainage of the barrier free shower.

We loved the outdoor bathtub, barbecue area and the views. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed how close we were to both New Plymouth and to Mount Taranaki.

Very clean and comfortable facilities. Beautiful views especially at sunrise. Lovely to have breakfast supplied and the option of a hot bath post-hike.

Small downside is the distance from the city centre - 15mins drive through rural roads. But you can’t beat the serenity and peace of being right up close to the mountains!
