NZI liked the general presentation and extra little thoughtful touches eg. the coffee sachets and little packets of chocolate. Also, the country setting appealed to us. The owner, Katie, was so pleasant and obliging and provided very good information.
The road noise from about 6am was a negative. Also, while everything else about the continental breakfast was very good, it would have been nice to have some tinned fruit to eat with the cereal.
NZOur host, Katie was warm and welcoming ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay. Set in a peaceful location this unit is spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The property is well lit at night with safe parking and even an adorable guard dog. The bed is so comfy with an electric.blanket for those chilly winter nights.
AUBreakfast was very adequate. Queen bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers.

USIt was roomy and comfortable. The setting on the farm was very nice with a lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the day. The bed was super comfy and it was nice to be so close to Auckland yet in such a peaceful setting.
AUA nice basic little studio, very clean, comfortable bed.
Breakfast plentiful but basic. Quite remote so hosts woukd do well to charge more and provide opportunity for simple but fresh meals. Trying to find the driveway at night is challenging.
NZLove this place so much! Definatly home away from home. Comfortable, clean and lovely people. Is now my go to every two weeks ☺️ can't wait to be back
NZQuiet, super clean. Plenty of items for breakfast. Lovely comfortable beds. The host was very helpful, much like NZ used to be. Lovely surroundings. Highly recommended.
