Lovely welcome from Jan and information needed to make a great stay. Breakfast was lovely, absolutely sufficient for a great start to the day (sorry about the burnt toast Jan) that's why the windows were open. Easy place to find, do handy to shopping, eateries. Comfortable bed, lovely linen. Easy parking.

Jan was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was superb, and far more than we could eat. Room was warm and comfortable. Great bathroom facilities.

The kitchen sink could have done with a more detailed clean.
