Lokalizacja jest w miarę korzystna. Do katedry spokojnie można dojść pieszo w 15 minut. Pomimo pierwszych odczuć co do bezpieczeństwa miejsca, to miejsce jest całkowicie bezpieczne. Samo mieszkanie bardzo czyste, pokoje przestronne. Jedynie kuchnia z jadalnią jest troszkę mała i brakuje miejsca (kanapy), w którym wieczorem można by było posiedzieć i pogadać. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, ekspres do kawy wraz z kawą na duży plus.

Czystość okolicy jak wszędzie w Katanii - raczej brud.

Vékony falak, ha nem ismerjük egymást élhetetlen lenne az apartman főleg az emeleten! Nem volt meleg víz mert éppen kifogyott a gáz, nagyon foglalkozik a dologgal a tulaj! Mikró nincs!
