Very relaxing B&B with nice gardens, pool and pool bar. The location was very central for our exploration of the local towns and beaches (both Puglian coasts).

We had no issues and the peaceful accomodation is what we were looking for.

The place is incredible and Raffael, the landlord in fluent in English and very professional. This big old family house is greatly decorated and well transformed. The rooms are cleaned and well equiped. The area is wonderful to chill out and to rest peacefully. The location is perfect to visit all the cities around. I recommand you a nice and fresh leccese coffee on the poolside!

Perfect B&B in Puglia for those who are looking to relax and unwind. A perfect "launch point" for Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Beyond. The breakfast we had each morning was delicious and the room had everything you needed and a comfy bed. The staff was very accommodating.

Charming grounds and a beautifully manicured garden. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of shade and beds with nice towels and a bar area alongside. The room was nice and clean with a nice view over the garden. Not huge room, but fine and certainly adequate. I think we paid about £160 or thereabouts Plenty of storage. The bathroom had a stand-up shower and again was immaculately clean. Check out was 10 AM which is far too early but no problem. The breakfast was good with variety, but you had to decide upon everything the night before-see below. Raphael seemed very friendly. Wi-Fi is incredible and free throughout the property. Good parking and a good security gate.

Check out at 10 AM is very early Breakfast, whilst delicious was slightly bizarre insofar as you have to order precisely what you want the night before versus going up to a buffet. A bit like being in hospital. We arrived at the breakfast table at 9 AM sharp and the cooked breakfast was already laid out and not particularly warm - but no problem - it was tasty. Consequently I think we got through our breakfast in 10 minutes. The property is amazing but it does feel very regimental, slightly full of too many rules for someone looking to relax on holiday. We felt slightly and unusually controlled.

would have preferred some flexibility around evening meal time. The meal was not prepared on site which was what we had envisaged. Never the less the meal was excellent as was breakfast. Would have liked access to a kettle / tea bags / coffee so we could make a cuppa informally without hassling the hosts.

Raffaele e Isabella were wonderful hosts! The hotel is perfectly located in the valle d'Itria, minutes from Cisternino and Martina Franca. Our room was beautifully decorated and quiet, the garden is beautiful with a great pool and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Puglia. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
