La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione in quanto è localizzata nel centro storico dell'Aquila. Le stanze sono ampie e molto pulite.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con pasticceria fresca (es. croissant). Il WIFI potrebbe essere potenziato.
