"Jeżeli rezerwujesz pokój na I piętrze, to będzie ok, na II piętrze ciasno, ciemno i niekomfortowo"

Miła pani managerka, bardzo chciała pomóc i zaradzić problemowi z brakiem rezerwacji.

Zaginęła moja rezerwach, nie było dla mnie pokoju. Pani manager zareagowała i przygotowała pokój ale pokój był malutki, z dobudowaną toaletą na poddaszu, okno w suficie, toaleta półotwarta, drzwi się nie domykały, poduszka płaska i niewygodna, bardzo ciasno.
