Clean, nice lady

Few things: no shower gel, no suport for savon, small bad for 2 people, launch from the rest, nothing special and expensive enough. The waitress can smile more to Romanian people.

Great location and it has a nice restaurant attached. The rooms are simple yet nice. We had a great view from our room.

The bathroom shower was leaking all over the floor. Not much shower gel present and no shampoo option.

Convenient location - a few minutes by foot from the train station. Local restaurant serving good food at reasonable prices next door. Friendly and helpful staff.

There's nothing major to improve. Maybe just a little table of normal height would be a good idea in case someone needs to work a bit on their laptop.

Clean, comfortable, it seems recently renovated, next to a good restaurant, friendly staff, parking availability and location (when taking into account distances to other sites in town like spa, springs).

Location. Unfortunately it is on the main road, so all passing traffic will be right in front of you.

Location is very convenient, as the building is placed in the same courtyard with a nice traditional restaurant, therefore you don't need to go outside the location if you don't want to. The view from the room is nice. The people we met were smiling and polite. The rooms are very clean with new finishes, functional furniture in a good shape, ambient light, it is also quite spacious, however they are missing some facilities. They are well insulated, warm and quiet inside. Overall, it is good value for money with some small compromises and I would recommend it for a short staying as ours.

The checkin was unpleasant, we arrived and none was there, even the fence was locked and we thought the building was abandoned. We noticed from the street a phone number placed on the door, and we finally called. However, in 10min someone came from another location to welcome us and show us around, he was quite friendly so we felt a bit more assured of our choice after we met him. There is no reception. The building is under renovation we assume, as the common spaces seem unfinished, walls unpainted, as well as the outside area under construction, so improvements are about to happen. The room is missing some facilities, which would be a quick fix - areas for clothes, as there is only a hanger, 2 towels and not only one big for each, toilet paper to spare, glasses in the room (and some plates and cutlery for the canteen downstairs), extra blankets or additional pillows etc. The common areas could use some more care. The location is quite noisy being placed on the main road, however the rooms are well insulated so it is quiet (and warm) with the windows closed.
