La Maison des Rêves - Bran

This place was very charming and cozy! Safe, free parking, very clean. Beautiful house and garden. Zen-vibe that we enjoyed very much. Well equiped kitchen. Spaciuos. When we arrived, there was no water. However, the host was kind and informed us and apologized when we asked about it.

Sounds from various animals, such as dogs, roosters and sheeps were charming - but kept us awake at night. Some kind of air conditioning like a small fan, will come in handy when hot.

This is a fantastic place !! I know that it might be a little awkward if you don’t have any car or van, because the distance of the Bran Castle will be rather complicated, if so when it is dark. However you have got your own transportation, this will be 10 out of 10 !! The size of your room is both modern and HUGE !!

No I have raised about walking but this will not be a use of not doing this. The ‘staff’ who were constantly in the house, she was like an Angel to me. When I didn’t had transport, I was walking everywhere myself. From the second day that I was in this place I was going to the Castle. I had a taxi in the morning before going to Bran Castle, but when this was over I just thought I will walk back. There was absolutely fine, and I walked into the Church, which is close by the ‘Maison des Reves’. This is such a lovely place, and is such pleasure that has walking, can adjust in what you can do. However there was one (or maybe two). When I got away from the Church it was going to be dark. And what was an important part was that my battery in my phone was Dead !! This may be more difficult to judge your way. I thought that it was only a short way from the Church to La Maison, I just say that this should be difficult to find the way back. But no when I went back to the road I should have turned right and immediately left. But when I came to the road - I TURNED LEFT !! And then I was completely LOST !! I will not go into what next I had a lovely one of parents (or for two was Grandparents), their Son and his family. They were fixed out what I had turned left, rather than right. But I know that they were concerned about me - so what they did was that the Son, driven me to ‘La Maison’. That was so loving and kind is what some people can do. And what put on top of my cake, is the lady ‘staff’ at La Maison. When I returned to them she was partly in tears ! She said to everyone ‘We were all anxious that you would not come back and it was dark. I thought that you were in an awful accident, but looking at you, you have got home !!!’. I would thinking that I am just a nobody, but within a larger ‘family’, I was valued !!
