If you want to get away from busy city scene and still stay near Belgrade, this is a perfect place to consider. The property offers a private parking, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. We did not have that much luck with the weather, but we did manage to enjoy jacuzzi and fantastic few. Very good breakfast. My pet enjoyed a lot :)

The variety of food could be better for lunch and dinner.

The property itself is beautiful with amazing views, and the cabins are adorable, new, clean, nicely furnished and well-built. The hostess was kind. The owner/(female) not friendly at all once we asked about our room and the discripancy in what we booked versus the bedroom rented to us. The property has potential, but there are things that need to be disclosed to customers before booking, like that weather can close the pool for an entire day, that the sauna advertised is only open in certain months AND super limited hours (3 hours per day), not like a typical "spa is open from 9AM until... 10PM or whatever." But to be open only 7-10PM? Three hours in the evening? This makes having a relaxing vacation seem like "making an appointment." Just another thing to schedule into life versus just deciding, "want to go sit in the sauna for a while after we workout in the morning?" It is fine to have those rules and those hours, but please for the sake of guests having a pleasant stay, state those things in the advertisements so that guests can decide if that is the right place for them to feel relaxed, especially when using the name "spa" in the actual name of the listing. I broke my back in late June, and I was finally cleared by doctors to start light swimming and could benefit with sauna time, which is why we booked here. My husband looked around and found other, larger hotels in the area with the same amenities at the same price, but we wanted a less crowded environment so booked here.

Room stated large bed but came with two small twins instead. Amenities advertised as spa were closed or limited hours, and this was not disclosed before booking. Owner/wife not friendly at all caused very tense stay. --Our reservation specifically said "full bed and a sofa bed." Many properties in Europe will often have twin beds in the photos but offer "full bed," meaning it is made into a large bed for a couple. Though perhaps not a big deal to other travelers, but as stated, I had recently broken my back. I was looking for a nice and relaxing stay with my husband. The very kind hostess checking us in took us to the cabin: new, clean, well-decorated, etc. We loved it!c It could have been perfect, but... when we went up the stairs to the bedroom, we had two twin beds. The hostess said she didn't understand the booking listing a large bed because they don't have any rooms like that or the bedding to create the one bed from the two, but she would inform the owner. Here is where it really starts to go wrong. The owner (woman) was so rude. She said I would need to cancel the reservation and leave and pay for the 50% cancellation fee and to pay her cash for one night if we wanted to stay and leave in the morning, meaning we basically would pay for two nights anyway, OR we could push the beds together and WE remake them. We should move the furniture around and find a way to make it comfy even though we paid for a room that is advertised that way and is not available? Not being spoiled. This is a tough call after a long drive and a broken back to begin vacation like that... and with an attitude. She could have just approached this differently and found a way to at least smile or accommodate our request to modify for one night so we could move a place more comfortable, but we left with a bad taste after having to contact Booking, make several requests and watching a property owner stomp around and shoot us dirty looks as we left.

The location, the facilities and the waitresses were amazing. The heaven on Earth.

The heaven on Earth is unfortunately lead by very unprofessional hosts. We felt their terrible energy towards us the whole stay. And we felt that we were looked down upon, even though they didn't know us. And they also had a few very arrogant comments, and it made us feel like we were not welcome.
