Boravila sam u objektu od 2.1.26. I dozivela sam jako ruzno iskustvo,suprugu je pozlilo u toku noci i nismo mogli da napustimo hotel jer nikog nije bilo na recepciji da nas odjavi i da nam oslobodi auto iz garaze.

All was new and clean. Bed was soft, small kitchen in the corner. Sauna was perfect, small swimming pool with jacuzzi jets on one side.

Jacuzzi in spa center was broken - only 1 jet was working out of 10-15 as per design. The restaurant has smoking zone right in the same room with the non-smoking zone with no ventilation at all. Was impossible to enjoy my food because of the constant smoke - couldn't breathe! In the room the balcony door insulation is so poor - as if the door is just open. It was cold and the sigaret smoke from the neighbors was getting into the room all the time. Staff often uses the words "not allowed" which is quite frustrating: "Yes, the a/c has the heating function, but you cannot have the remote control, because now it is winter, and using a/c in winter is not allowed". REALLY?? "Additional toilet paper is not allowed. Only 1 at a time". SERIOUSLY??? "I can give you the lunch box, but it is not allowed". And there was no buffet, only breakfast by menu - no English, no pictures - how should i know what to order? Waiters don't speak good English to explain what the dishes consist of. So there is still much room for improvement of services.
