First of all, you live with the hosts in the house, an elderly couple, who do not speak English, who all the time wandered around the house and garden, grumpy and gloomy, they did not pay attention to our greetings in English. The hosts have a son, in any case, he is the guy who deals with the bookings and clients. His appearance is dubious and strange, and his verbal expression is defective. Knowledge of English is poor. Discriminating and rude! I don't know if the unit has two rooms or more, but the idea is that you can hear everything through the walls. Absolutely everything. What the owners and neighbors are talking about, the TV and other people's showers. The most disturbing was the fact that the wall with the bed in our room is shared with the kitchen where everyone "prepares" their own breakfast and makes coffee. You could hear every movement, cutlery and glasses, the rattling of the chairs, the coffee machine which is terribly noisy. Terrible to wake up at 8 in infernal noise. Breakfast was a joke, some cheap bread, some kind of dry croissants and some kind of homemade cake that looked strange, fruit yogurts of the worst quality, there was some butter in the fridge, some slices of salami that looked expired (I didn't dare to taste) and some milk in a 1 l bottle (funny look and taste, worst quality anyway). So I ended up eating 1 slice of toast bread with a cube of butter and some nutella. The pool of course was empty/closed, it will be opened in June they say (I was in the middle of May, 25 deg. outside). The house is actually located in a neighborhood of nice houses with beautiful vegetation, typical of the suburbs of Rome, but the neighbor's yard has a green carpet of artificial grass and there is a lot of laundry hanging to dry on the balconies, things that definitely disturb the general view.

Super noisy house / room - you hear everything through the walls, expecially in the evening when you try to sleep or in morning you will get wake up by the ones who move a chair or make a cofee. 3. I can consider that there was no breakfast. More like a joke! 4. Extra city tax in the second you just arrived, before checking in, just pay more money... 5. No pool! The accommodation was presented as having a functional swimming pool. It was empty in the middle of May. 6. Super far away from city, the super adjacent neighborhood is cute-ish but the rest of the way is super dangerous and dirty: If you dont have a car, and usualy you dont if you come for a short citybreak or a short business meeting etc, geting to this accommodation is a whole adventure. You need to go through perhaps the dirtiest, most dangerous and deplorable area of Rome to get to this accommodation, from the end station of the metro (Anagnina). The bus terminal is in fact a traveling bazaar of useless junk and clothes on stalls. It is an indescribable mess and garbage. Buses do not respect any declared schedule (displayed or google maps), they are of the worst quality (they make hellish noises at potholes) and the drivers are rude. In that area and on the way home is full of dubious people who smell bad, with hoodies on their heads, who talk loudly and sit in groups, it being clear that they deal with various crimes and illegal activities. Just try to get home a little later in the night if you have the courage.

Really clean room, great shower, very comfortable bed and pillows! The airport pickup was easy and affordable, great place to crash after a flight.

The breakfast is a joke though, pre packaged cheap and unhealthy items, really unappetizing— i wouldn’t count on eating here.

Excellent b&b in residential area of Ciampino. Clean and comfortable. Host was excellent.

The owner greeted on arrival. and was given a wonderful spacious quiet room with a small balcony and a great contemporary bath with excellent shower. Convenience of a dining breakfast room that offered self serve coffee and tea etc and all well thought out . There is conveniet piizza place and a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The owner also so generously pre arranged to drive me to a very early AM departure at a very nominal fee.

No issue of the B & B but arrived at Ciampino train station from Rome..and only one taxi there. which charged a flat rate of 20 euro for a 10 minute ride .

Huge room. Spotless. Very helpful, drove us to airport for nominal fee at a VERY early hour. Thank you!
