The stuff is very friendly and ready to give a support for every situation. The room is clean and very comfortable, the location is excellent, and all reccomandation for this apartments and stuff. 👏🙂

We have arrived very late and check-in was fast (but with issue over the charge I had to solve after the holiday). Excellent breakfast, very tasty and rich plate. Romms vere clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

However, the charge was much more than booked. So after coming from holiday, I had to claim with the property. They´ve admitted mistake quickly and sent me the money via Western Union - but it took some time and was a bit inconvenient. It was a bit difficult to establish the upcharge due to different exchange rates euro-Czech crown-serbian currency...

The room was clean and the staff allowed us to store our ice packs in the restaurant freezer.

The air conditioning was not working properly. Although we turned it on the room was very very hot. We had to sleep with the windows open, but it was a hassle, since it was facing the terrace and there was noise until late in the night. They mentioned that the POS was not working, although we saw it on during our stay. As a result we payed in Euro, but they gave us back the local currency at a ridiculous exchange rate. I felt ripped off. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. We did not feel rested at all.
