1- La posizione eccellente,sul corso principale e vicinissima al mare. 2- la comunicazione, le indicazioni molto chiare, ed una squisita gentilezza 3- le stanze e la zona comune meravigliose, con tantissimi oggetti di design. 4- la possibilità di utilizzare il bollitore, con a disposizione del te e del caffè e l'uso del frigo
