The location was good and free parking.

The room was basic. The breakfast experience.

Basic, spacious room, about a 10 minute walk from Frascati centre. Parking available. Good self-service breakfast.

Wardrobes were quite dusty, and the quilts in them were not very clean.

Die Unterkunft hat einige Vorteile: Frascati ist gut zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Das Frühstück bestand allerdings ausschließlich aus süßen, einzeln verpackten Produkten, sodass wir lieber auswärts gefrühstückt haben. Das Zimmer war leider nicht ausreichend sauber (Staub und Schimmel in der Dusche). Das Bett war in Ordnung, jedoch war es sowohl im Gebäude als auch von außen recht laut und sehr hellhörig. Die Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen, da es draußen unangenehm roch.

Pulizia poco accurata-al rifacimento della camera non avevamo più gli asciugamani sufficienti per entrambi ma credo avessero avuto problemi di malattia del personale -un odore proveniente dall’esterno come di fuliggine che innondava la camera appena si lasciava aperta la finestra

Nice staff, easy checkin, A/C & wifi ok but the free parking is the biggest bonus. walking distance to Frascati and also the still town south of.

It's next to a very busy road so the noise level is high. The breakfast is very sweet stuff wrapped in plastic but at least there was plenty of coffee to flush in down.
