I letti e i materassi nuovissimi e confortevoli, bagno essenziale. Prima colazione abbondantissima, dal dolce al salato, rigorosamente tutto confezionato, dalle bevande calde e fredde e frutta fresca. La cucina in primis, avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernata.

La struttura è situata fuori Frascati, (15 minuti di camminata) in salita su una strada molto pericolosa, per chi come noi, ha scelto di muoversi con i mezzi pubblici invece che con l auto. A metà della strada non c è più illuminazione pubblica e il marciapiede si riduce notevolmente, sconnesso e sporco.
