The lady was kind at first. After realizing there had been a mistake with the booking, she allowed us to call Booking.com to check if it was possible to cancel.

Just five minutes later, her husband came out with an aggressive and threatening attitude, saying he could not wait for our convenience and that we had to decide immediately whether to leave or stay, because “this is my property.” When we later asked the owner to cancel our reservation, they refused, saying it was not possible. On the phone, we even overheard them saying about us: “they made the mistake of booking the wrong room, so they have to stay and they already paid.” This is misleading, since it is known and obvious that owners can cancel reservations in exceptional cases — we have experienced it elsewhere. The internet does not work well. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom. The bathroom has a sliding door that lets all the noise through, so you can hear everything happening inside. The rooms don’t have windows. Renovated in poor taste, with harsh white lights everywhere. The fridge works poorly, constantly filling with water and not properly balanced. The towels were smelly. The family lives right next door, with their garden directly facing the entrance, which means very little privacy. For €120 a night without a bathtub, the price/performance is unacceptable. We could have easily chosen another place for much less, with a kitchen and windows included. I would never come back.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super central gelegen alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich.Alles in allem sehr schön Tage dort verbracht.

Rings um die Unterkunft ist es ein wenig dreckig aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nicht.

La posizione era in pieno centro di Santa Teresa, la spiaggia era raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, comodissimo. La signora Pasqua e il signor Franco sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili per tutta la durata della vacanza. Veramente consigliato!

Colazione assolutamente deludente: salato completamente assente, prodotti confezionati, nessun reintegro di quanto consumato il giorno prima (yogurt), mancava latte, presenza di bollitore ma assenza delle bustine di the (alla richiesta al titolare di dove fossero è stato risposto di guardare nel frigorifero !!) Titolare poco ospitale

Such an amazing interior.

Like its owner,the apartment is”smal and mighty”. While the apartment is small, the design( done my the owner who lives next door) is awsome. And if you like interior design - this is the place to stay
