Doskonała lokalizacja i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana z miastem; pokój o przyzwoitym rozmiarze, bardzo czysto, pomocny personel i życzliwa komunikacja. Świeże produkty w bufecie śniadaniowym

Elewacja nie odświeżana od lat, ogólny stan budynku średni. Hałas od ulicy (a nie można pozamykać okien, bo nie ma wentylacji ani klimatyzacji). Przy takiej stawce za dobę zadziwiający jest brak w pokoju wody butelkowanej, szklanek - nie było też czajnika ani filiżanki. Tym bardziej dziwne, że po serwisie śniadaniowym restauracja jest nieczynna i nie ma opcji na kawę czy herbatę.
