"Bad customer service and cheating of customers."

when my wife arrive at the building they did not allow her to check in as they said they have not receive payment and I speak to the staff that booking was make online through booking.com and my bank details was collected and also chat with the manager explain to him but no response, then call my bank and the send me the copy of money deducted from the apartment send the copy to the manager he read it and did not response. This show the are not good company and they jut play game of cheating customers. Up till this moment no response at all

"Too short a stay, but perfectly comfotable"

Unfortunately I only was there for 5 hours between flights but I was so thankful for a clean and comfortable bed. The housekeeper Amina was so kind and welcoming.

It is not as close to JKIA airport as I expected. 5000 shillings each way by taxi so transport costs far more than the accommodation. But still a comfortable guest house.
