The staff and the garden. Felt like a home not a business. The garden as mentioned was an oasis, away from the heat and a nice place to escape the bustle of the day. Location 5 minutes walk from the centre.

The host was very friendly and polite and offers coffee, drinks etc in the breakfast area. The room was clean and nice and the property is well situated in5' walking distance from Ptuj center. A very nice experience overall.
