Friendly staff, willing to help

Location is far from center, big hill, not every tuk tuk will come for you there. Almost abandoned city around. No one is cleaning it. No cafe, restaurants around, you have to choose food delivery. My room was big enough, but second floor, view is mostly on the port and trash around than the sea view. Nobody clean the pool, so you cannot use it. Canalisation smells in my room also. Victory beach is dead totally.

it is nice building and high on the hill which provides a great view of the city and sea.

the location is so quiet and it not easy accessible. there are two many on the way to the hotel and it is not safe to walk at night. there is no restaurant closed by, so if want to go out for meal it is not that easy.
