Notre hôte n'a pas guidé le tour dans le parc Khao Yai lui même, et la personne qui l'a remplacé manquait de motivation, manifestement. S'assurer que Mr Nong fera bien le tour lui même, il est la raison pour laquelle on dort chez lui.

L’authenticité ! On est chez l’habitant et il est fort charmant. Un petit déjeuner est servi le matin. L’hôte nous a déposé au night market pour notre repas du soir. Nous sommes venus pour la sortie et n’avons pas été déçus de la prestation. On avait des jumelles et on était toujours aux premières loges pour voir les animaux.

C’est isolé de tout et le confort est sommaire.

Our hosts were very kind and helpful. We got recommendations on where to go and what to do, where to eat good Thai food.. We really had a nice stay.

The owner is very friendly. Had an amazing conversation with him. He is helpful, and the vibe is very relaxed. It is truly a great place to take a break in nature. A great place if you use his services to go to the national park.

It is a bit of a walk to the town or to restaurants. There are local foods nearby, though, and Grubhub delivers to the location, which was great.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! Mr. Nong is an exceptional host and guide – friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful. He arranged transportation for us from and to the train station, gave us great tips on getting around the city, and recommended places to eat. We stayed in the family room, which was simple but spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Our 1-day tour to Khao Yai with Mr. Nong was a true highlight. His deep knowledge of the area and his warm, caring nature made the day unforgettable.

The room was clean and as expected from the photos. Large, and good value for the price. Mr Nong was a great host who went out of his way to make sure our trip was enjoyable. We did a one day trip to the National park with him and saw lots of animals that we just wouldn’t have seen by ourselves including elephants, hornbills, porcupines, gibbons and monkeys. Just a heads up if you want a wildlife tour around the national park, Mr Nong is not an ecologist but he does have valuable local knowledge and contacts which enable him to provide an amazing day out, tailored to your interests. He even stopped on the way back so we could watch some rangers try to help an elephant who had wandered out of the park and into town, even though this meant we didn’t get home until about 9pm. It was a great day and highly recommended. A lovely guy who gave us a lift to the train station the next day.

The breakfast was basic but that’s to be expected for the price. We hadn’t realised quite how far away from town the accommodation was but Mr Nong offered to take us into town so that we could get some dinner which was very much appreciated.

Nicest host was so so friendly and had the sweetest friendliest dog. Went on a tour of khao yai organised by the host, was cheap and amazing.
