Riad Mosaic

The staff here are truly lovely and Zaed ensured we had a fantastic vegan/vegetarian spread for breakfast. Situated on a hill, the Riad offers views of the city. While the internal steps are narrow, this only adds to the authentic, charming experience of staying here. we loved our stay here. It was very close to the city center. the room and bathrooms were good and spacious

De hele ervaring en uitstraling van de riad waren uniek. Het voelde als een thuis hoe we werden behandeld door het personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt met een geweldig uitzicht over het rif-gebergte.

Wifi viel tegen in de kamer, maar door de rest van de accommodatie heen was het goed

The breakfast at Riad Mosaic was delicious and beautifully presented. Fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and traditional Moroccan items made it a perfect start to the day. Loved the rooftop setting!

Riad Mosaic is a true respite. A hidden gem! It is the most beautifully unique Riad in Chefchaouen. The staff, especially Zaed, are incredible. So helpful and kind. We are already planning a return trip!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace was very beautiful.

After shower the whole bathroom was wet.

-Built in the old city so you can have easy access to the markets -A very unique Raid with traditional Moroccan design -Good breakfast I wish my overall experience could have been better but after long travels and dealing with some of challenges mentioned, I could not give this a high rating.

-Location is very far from drop and hard to find. Instructions are not well explained. It requires you to pay someone (30-50 MAD per person) to carry your luggage up steep steps (must be able to walk up steps for about 15 mins). The owner does not provide this service. -I had a room booked but they offered a bigger room so they told me to cancel and then I paid them directly which saved the owner booking fee even with that he did not want to pay for the luggage service. He also charged the tax of €9 that booking.com should get but kept it himself since I paid directly. He penalized me for being a Genius lvl 3 -Not well advertised and needs some maintenance but the rooftop has a good view of the city. -Only accepts MAD no Euro or cards -Owner is business minded over being hospitable/friendly which is too bad because his Riad is unique. With a few changes he can improve his rating.
